The Kings Head Hotel, Restaurant & Bar,

I recently visited The Kings Head in Beverley for an evening meal in the restaurant and was very impressed with my experience. To start with I ordered a fresh succulent tuna fillet served with marinated peppers and lettuce leaves which I can honestly say was the best tuna I‘ve ever had!! Then for the main course it was Pan Roast Chicken which came with a lovely strong mushroom sauce and tarragon mash. The chicken was beautifully cooked and led me onto the finale – a warm chocolate pudding served with an attractive creamy milkshake and raspberry coulis. I will definitely be going back for another visit and recommend it for high quality food and a welcoming service.

The Kings Head now serves really up market food (The chicken bbq melt is to die for!) and has a great atmosphere in its restuarant and bar! It never used to be really popular with the younger crowd but it seems that now everyone likes to go! Jun 15 2008, 11:41 by _abz_
