Hey, Were not planning on writing a review on ourselves! but just to touch base on some of your valid reviews and feedback as we are always looking to improve your experience and service here at Revolution.

Firstly Drinks prices, they may seem expensive but we carry out regular price checks to make sure we are charging a fair and competitive price amongst our competitors and we inject so much money back into the venue by bringing you the best DJ's, entertainment aswell as trying to keep the place clean and in working order after the lovely drunken folk of Hull have hammered it every Thurs, Fri and Sat!!!

Also we have some great offers on drinks and food throughout the week

*2-4-1 on meals between 4pm and 8pm with your privilege card

*2-4-1 Gourmet Sunday Lunches between 12pm and 7pm

*2-4-1 Cocktails all day Sunday

*2-4-1 Cocktails after 8pm every Monday

* Kandi Kane every Thursday £1.50 for a single vodka red bull (proper vodka and real red bull, the only venue in hull to sell the real stuff at such low prices!) £1.50 on glasses of wine, bottles of Sol,Stella, Vk and Pints of Carlsberg. Aswell as free entry all night!

*Fridays 'Headstart' the Essential start to the weekend a whole array of cheap drinks offers from 5pm until 8pm every friday including free nibbles

Speed of Service

You will not know that all our staff undergo a serious training program 5 hand written tests aswell as 5 speed of service tests, this to hopefully make your waiting time as quick as possible and your experience the best it could possibly be. I'm sure you'll appreciate if you have the sort of numbers that pass through old town every weekend night service times will get a little slower. Sometimes you just can't get enough bodies behind the bars to battle against the wall of faces on show(Some very beautiful ones we my add!) Also we have recently invested a substancial on our clubroom bar to extend the bar and hopefully make it quicker for both the customer and those lovely sweaty staff who get stuck up there every Saturday night

Great music, comfy seats if you like a sit down,or jump upstairs and have a dance in the disco area..

i love revolution so much bu the only downfall is the price of the drinks and the ques you have to wait in to get one, especially on a thursday and saturday, but the atnosphere and music is spot on!

Mondays are definately the best night in Rev, you don't have to queue for drinks like the weekends, which is great and the cocktails are buy one get one free!

The music is really cool too, they advertise it as pop, but it's just bits of loads of different stuff really. We heard The Knife, MIA and The Pipettes in the same night which we were shocked about, in a good way! They do play some cheesy stuff too, but it's really well balanced and not the usual cliches like Kylie and S Club.

Kandi Kane is an awsome nite! Cheap drinks... most thing £1.50 wicked tunes downstairs and some fine R&B upstairs. Beats Barracuda's £1 party. Its nice to see a funky bar look after us students! Cheers guys see you next Thursday x x
