Here at the Springbank Tavern, we believe that good food must be fresh. To this end, we source as much as we can from local suppliers and producers, and you wont find any boil in the bag or pre-cooked ingredients in our kitchen.
We dont try to over complicate things, but simply put fresh ingredients together and let them speak for themselves.
