There are now quite a few video interviews and live performances from local bands on the Hullvibe Video section and i’m feeling that its time to do someting a little bit different, a little less serious and a little more random.

So i propose....

A HULLVIBE LOUNGE!

Hulls music scene is growing bigger and better with more and more talent putting Hull on the Musical Map. Weather it’s Headlining at The Sesh, Playing to a packed Adelphi or representing what Hull can offer on the Unsigned stage at Leeds Festival, theres no doubt that Hulls got Talent.

I’m looking for Hull bands to put on their own versions of cheesy pop classics so I can film it and stick it up on Hullvibe and maybe even the Big Screen in the City Centre for everyone to have a listen to the local scene doing something a little bit different.

And by ‘Cheesey Pop Classics’, I’m talking;

S Club 7
Pink
Take That
Backstreet Boys
5ive
Girls Aloud
Sugar Babes
Westlife
Justin Timberlake
Britney Spears
Madonna
Kylie

You see where i’m going with this...

So if your in a local band and are up for the challenge of taking over a cheesy classic and ripping the piss out of it, drop me an email, chat post or the good old myspace message.

Let me know what song you want to ruin, when you’ll be ready to stonk it and i’ll arrange a venue to film it at.

Reckon you’ve got more tricks up your sleeve? Get in touch!
