My names Mak and Im the resident DJ at The Linnet & Lark on Princes Ave, and Im also the founder and co founder of The Sesh and The Grapevine Club Night respectively. Ive been DJ ing for 23 Years at home and abroad. Started off as a 15 yr old working in campsites down in Torquay and moved to Mallorca at 18, then on to Corfu, Florida and Thailand. Ive been in Hull on and off now for 15 years and love it !
Ive been involved in a few nights over the years, most notably the original Mod Night REVIVAL at the notorious Bass House, and the original TUBE night at Silhouette. I started the SESH night at the Linnet back in Oct 2003 and also co founded THE GRAPEVINE night with Steve (Satisfaction) in March 2004. Musically, Im into good music, not genres.
I abhore ignorance and apathy, and love talent.
This city has an abundance of talent.
I live in Beverley with Deb and our two brilliant kids, Alice and Elliot, both aged 11. I love football and coach kids spare time.
