.... Teen Spirit?
The Peasants are a five piece, "almost acoustic" group, who cover a range of memorable rock and pop tunes in a stripped-back format, using various combinations of guitars, mandolin and bass.

Currently, their set includes classic songs by rockers such as Thin Lizzy and Bon Jovi, 80s chart hits from the likes of Duran Duran and REM, and more recent numbers from Britney Spears (which goes to show that any song can sound good when played on the right instruments).

With three of the group being members of acclaimed local comedy troupe The Hull Blokes, the laughs come thick and fast and it all adds up to an intoxicating brand of entertainment!
Band Members/ Play At:
Mark Pollard - vocals,
Bernie Laverick - guitar/vocals,
Al Catton - guitar/mandolin,
Steve Kerry - bass,
Dave Jordan - drums.
