Whilst at Hull University studying History Steve gained his first taste of the glamorous life of a DJ. This was quickly followed by the launch of his own soul & funk club "Solution" complete with stylish but smutty advertising and a groovy soundtrack that would become his trademark. In 2001 Following some early success(?) he was invited to play at the successful Thursday night "Satisfaction" held at PO NA NA whilst resident DJ Jim-Bob was summoned away on tour by Jerry & The Pacemakers fame. Since then Steve has been involved in various club nights in Hull including amongst others The Getaway at Hull University and The Grapevine at The Rhythm Room/Attic . He has also been in demand around the country playing at the The Paddingtons single launch in London and the Funkywormhole tent at The Big Chill Festival 2006 & 2007.
